Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $150K in North Olmsted, OH.
My wife and I put our house up for sale in North Olmsted, OH in the beginning of 2012 (when the housing market was not doing too well). We wanted to buy a larger house with acreage in Medina, OH before we had our first child. Ed Huck came highly recommended from a few friends who he had recently sold their houses and they also used him to purchase their new homes. Ed is extremely personable, and knowledgeable about the market. We didn't have to sign any minimum months contract with Ed as other realtors do, we could have got out anytime we wanted. Ed guaranteed he would sell our house within 6 months and find us a new home that met our requirements. We ended up selling our house within 2 months, and found our new house within the same time! Everything worked out perfectly, and we were even able to make it in 1 move from our old house into our new house in 1 day! I highly recommend Ed Huck to anyone who is ready to sell or buy a house.

The Ed Huck Team, specifically Chuck Kelley, did a fantastic job helping us sell our home in under a month. Chuck came to the table with a price strategy and good knowledge of competing homes. They brought in people to help stage our home and take beautiful photos for our online listing. There was zero pressure to sign a long-term listing. Chuck Kelley is highly recommended as he took care of other small details that popped up, and extremely timely and responsive. We strongly recommend Chuck Kelley and the Ed Huck Team!

Ed has helped me sell 2 properties. He and the entire team are great to work with; I highly recommend him. The staff goes out of their way to be a resource; Ed has given me advise on market issues as well as whether to consider remodeling.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $175K in Bay Village, OH.
As a first time home buyer, I knew nothing about the home buying process. I needed someone that knew the areas I was interested in and to guide me through the whole process and assist in getting that perfect house. Within 5 minutes of meeting Ed for the first time, I felt like I've known him for years. He took time to learn about me, what I was looking for, my future plans, etc.
He took notes and showed me those houses that matched my criteria. One thing that I loved about him was that he was not only my Realtor - he acted like a friend that I can trust and get feedback from if I wasn't sure about a property or had any questions at all.
Ed made the home buying process very smooth and stress free (well, as much as possible) and I'm very delighted to have worked with him.

Ed Huck and his team did a great job helping us to prepare our late parents' home to be put up for sale, marketing the house, finding a buyer, and helping us with the closing. Ed and his team went above and beyond what a real estate agent normally must address because none of our family lives in the state where the house is located. Ed handled just about everything from finding contractors, to bringing in a stager and a professional photographer to ensure that the house looked great. Ed also made an extra effort to keep us informed about the ways in which he was marketing the house, how many people viewed the house, and what feedback was coming in from potential buyers. All of this information was extremely helpful, and Ed's efforts paid off because he successfully found a buyer in a few short months, even though the real estate market is tough right now. We enthusiastically recommned Ed Huck and his team to anyone wanting to sell a home.

Listed, but didn't sell my Single Family home in 2012 in Elyria, OH.
Ed and Julie were wonderful! We had a great experience with the stager and photographer, as well as immediate response to any questions. We had 4 showings scheduled during the 2.5 weeks we were on the MLS. Due to unforseen circumstances, we had to withdraw our listing shortly after we put it on the market. Ed and Julie made it very easy and hassle free. When we are able to list again, we will DEFINITELY go back to Ed Huck.

Ed Huck and his team are true professionals. Ed promptly returned my initial call and scheduled an appointment to come to our home for an initial consultation. He was well prepared for the meeting and provided us with a detailed market analysis. One month later, when we decided to list our house with Ed we had a candid conversation about pricing and time on market. We priced our house based on Ed's recommendation and had multiple offers within one week of listing.
Ed always returned our calls promptly and clearly stated our position to the buyers during the negotiation process. Once we had an accepted offer Ed's teammate, Kelly, took over the process. She too was a pleasure to work with. Kelly handled all requests from us and the buyers promptly.

I was very impressed with Ed's team and the service they provided. Ed is very knowledgeable and he and his team were always available. Ed kept us constantly updated on the sale of our home and the market in general. I would highly recommend him to anyone. I have used his services twice and would definitely use his services again in the future.
