They were very helpful throughout the home buying process. Very knowledgeable, and made it easy for us to find the perfect home. Our realtor was hands on and worked around our schedule. They made negotiations worry free. They were also very helpful when we had a delay with our bank and closed a day late.

We weren't quite sure, at the beginning of the process, whether we wanted to live on the East or West side of Cleveland. Ed matched us with a realtor who knew a lot about the West Side and who had some experience with the East Side.
Jenny (our realtor) was very patient throughout the house hunting process. It can be a very emtional and stressful journey, and Jenny understood that. She assured us we didn't have to make decisions until we were ready, but was also very realistic at telling us how quickly or not quickly a home would probably be bought.
Jenny was almost always immediately available, and if she wasn't, she would text back saying she would call us as soon as she could.
From mortgage lenders to home inspectors, Jenny was always able to give us contacts to help us on our journey to buying the home that's perfect for us!
And in terms of selling our condo while going through the house hunting process, Ed was great at communicating to us what was happening every step of the way.

The sales agent was very familiar with the neighborhood and condition of the aging housing stock. She was quick to respond to inquiries. This is a first-time investment property for us. She helped us with a sample lease to use. The team also has a great list of local contractors to help with home inspections, repairs, etc.

During the final days of closing our deal we were not kept up to speed. The buyer and his contractor were accessing our home without our prior knowledge or approval. The only we found out was we happened to stop by our home to do some work. This happened on more than one occasion.
During the open houses only once was an agent on time. One agent showed up with a competitors open house sign.
Multiple communication breakdowns with the team. We felt as though no one was looking out for our interests in the deal at all. It was like a big box store for home sales. Very impersonal service with templated e-mail communication.
I was given a contract to sign that had incorrect commission rates on it. It was a $5,000 error that we caught. We received a call from the buyers agent that the deal actually closed.
We are still having ongoing issues with the deal. Very disappointing experience.
