Marie is the most experienced "street savvy" broker I've met. She happened to be teh listing agent on the property I wanted to buy. As the buyer I was, at first, unsure how this would work out. Sold a Single Family home in 2011 in Edisto Island, SC.Summary:
I've employed and consulted with at least eight realtors over the past few years, and Marie has been decidedly the best. My experience in general has been poor: of the eight, I would only recommend one besides Marie (and she works in a different market). Working with Marie, though, has been an excellent experience. She's intelligent, knowledgeable, and very on top of things - I can't think of any time that she hasn't returned a phone call or an email the same day. She has a good grasp of market economics and remains very personable and professional even when presented with difficulties. It's difficult to suggest how she could get better at her job.…More Less
