Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $200k in Edisto Island, SC.Summary:
Marie sold our house when others failed. She knows her island like no one else. The house had been listed for an extended period of time with not even a showing. Marie got people in there and ultimately SOLD it. Our favorite qualities are her efficiency and 'to the point' nature. We were always up to the minute on the process. We never had to hunt her down to get information like we had with other agents. She was great about giving us notice for our home to be shown. Now that we are looking for another home on Edisto we are working with Marie again. I am happy to have her expertise and have no doubts in her abilites to negotiate in our favor.…More Less
