Ed McGee, helped my wife and I find and buy a foreclosed home in the NE Height's. Ed was very knowledgeable and his work ethic was impressive. He sent us hundreds of houses to review and then took us to see all of the homes we were interested in. Ed pointed out many of the pros and cons about each house and helped us to make an informed decision. We were looking for a foreclosed fixer upper for a good price. During our search for our home we made several offers, on 3 different house's. Ed had no problem doing the paper work each time and helped us get to our new house for a great price. Over all we enjoyed working with Ed and would highly recommend him to anyone.

Ed Mcgee is a great realtor. In the last 5 years we have found ourselves involved in 5 real estate transactions - which is not the normal for us. WIth 4 other realtors we always felt less than satisfied. However with Ed, we did not feel that way at all. Ed is a realtor that cares about more than money, which is very refreshing. He went above and beyond to help us get our new home last summer and we will definately work with Ed again as we do plan to sell a small property we have once our son graduates from the University.

Ed stands out for many reasons. I could make a list, and for me high on that list is his knowledge of construction. His knowledge goes beyond the asthetics. In todays market place with so many short sales and foreclosures, we were finding a lot of places needing work. Ed was very hepfull as a sounding board to help me decide what I wanted to take on or not in the way of repairs and what I did not.

I stumbled upon a foreclosure that was perfect for us but that was slightly higher in price range than I had told Ed we were looking at. It was the weedend of July 4th. It had just had it's price reduced the second time on July 1 and I had a feeling I needed to act fast. I called Ed and he showed us the house on July 4th. We put in an offer that day. The offer was accepted and we closed by the end of July. The day after we moved in, a person knocked on the door. He wanted us to know he had been watching the house and had intended to buy it when the price dropped again. We barely managed to get an offer in before he did.

We really like our new home. Out of all the places we have lived, this is our favorite house and this is where we plan to call home for a long long time. It is a great value, and we are now in better $ shape real estate wise than we have been in years.
