It Is Definately A Buyers Market In San Diego

The best estimate of a houses value is what the Insurance company will insure the house for. I was looking at a $500,000 house in Temecula, the Insurance company said it was worth $150,000. I agree with them. I bought in southern Arizona my replacement value is higher than what I paid.
