Eileen Olivera is originally from another "Beach" – Virginia Beach, VA. There, Eileen earned an Associate of Applied Science degree from Bryant & Stratton College.
Between 2001 and 2002, Eileen served as Assistant to the Director of Educational Operations at Old Dominion University in Virginia.
After that, Eileen moved to Tampa, Florida, in 2002 to pursue an Arts Degree from the Art Institute of Tampa. In order to fund her college tuition, she found a full-time job with a local title company. There, Eileen was promoted to several positions of increased responsibility and it is also where she fell in love with the whole real estate "adventure".
However, due to her husband's frequent, extended deployments (did we mention yet she is a military spouse?) and several base transfers, Eileen decided to take a break from the corporate world for a while and continue her education.
In 2011, she went on to receive a Bachelor of Science in Health Administration/Health Information Systems degree with the University of Phoenix. In 2012, Eileen relocated to Navarre, Florida, with her two children and Boxer dog, while her husband was away on a one year short-tour to the Pacific.
Eileen made the decision to buy a house so her husband could return to a warm, happy, home after being away for a lengthy time. She experienced the whole home buying process by herself, along with the help of her realtors, Paula Sherman and Karen Grimmer – agents with ERA American Realty. Going through this process reminded Eileen exactly of how much she missed real estate and again realized being an agent was her calling too. Paula and Karen then helped lead Eileen to the ERA American family as well.
