Bought a Condo home in 2010 for approximately $200K in Sullivan's Gulch, Portland, OR.Summary:
Elena was referred by a co-worker who had just purchased a home. My sister and I were discussing the possibility of buying a condo together. (My sister lives in NY, and I in Portland.) So we had to coordinate looking for a place during a short week that my sister was in town. Elena came prepared with at least 10 different places to look at. She was so efficient in her process, that we narrowed down our choices to two within a couple of days.
The next several weeks, Elena was very patient with our three-way email and phone calls. She took us through each step of the process, always with a positive attitude. Her knowledge of the housing market, Portland, the buying process, (and great dining places too) were extensive.
