Bought a Single Family home in 2011 in Hillside East, Anchorage, AK.
Elizabeth helped my husband and I purchase a house. Elizabeth was an excellent real estate agent. She responded to phone calls and e-mails usually within a couple hours, no longer than 24 hours. She helped us negotiate to a reasonable price, and she was very helpful in finding houses that fit our needs. We would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a house.

I moved to Anchorage without knowing anyone or where to live in the community. Elizabeth showed me all over Anchorage and gave me tons of ideas and options on where to live without pressuring me to make a purchase that was not right for me. She had tremendous patience and wanted me to find a place that I would love. Not often do you move somewhere not knowing anyone and become close friends with your realtor. She has a kind heart and was willing to not only help me find a home, but also friends in Anchorage. She has a great, happy go-lucky personality which makes house hunting/selling fun!

Sold a home in 2010.
My husband and I have worked with Elizabeth on nine different buying/selling transactions - and I can not say enough about how wonderful she is to work with. She is the ulitmate professional; and along with her expertise and enuthiasm, she is hands down the one we want in our corner going into any housing transaction. Buying or selling a property can be an emtional experience. Elizabeth is alway grounded, professional and accessible. And accessability is key! Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $525K in Eagle River, Eagle River, AK.
Elizabeth is the primary reason we were able to purchase an Eagle River forclosure. Without her expertise in the matter we would likely not have been able to purchased this wounderful home. She kept us well informed despite the fact were were living in Idaho at the time and worked closely with the mortgage company to expedite our offer. A truly a wounderful experience ~ we are grateful for having her on our team.

After several years of investing in Real Estate, I have come across and worked with many professionals in the industry. None have been more knowledgeable and genuinely enthusiastic as Elizabeth. She has made the some times tedious tasks involved with purchasing a property not only palatable, but enjoyable. Her knowledge of the Alaska Real Estate market and it's trends is unsurpassed only by her will to place her clients with the right property. Elizabeth Hooper is a very professional real estate specialist. She was instrumental in helping us downsize from our family home and into a condo to fit our retirement needs. Bought a Single Family home in 2010 in Turnagain, Anchorage, AK.
Elizabeth's local knowledge and expertize allowed us to move immediately on a house we loved! We saw the house on a Wednesday afternoon, contacted Elizabeth the same day. Within an hour Elizabeth had ascertained that the owner was a former teacher of hers when she was at school, who was on a kayaking trip and not due back until Saturday. Elizabeth utilized this knowledge to leverage ourselves to the forefront of the queue, resulting in the seller contacting us first on Saturday morning on his return, and securing us a promise of right of first refusal with earnest money paid by Saturday evening. Elizabeth furnished us with all the pertinent information relating to the area (earthquake zone, future planning information etc.) over the weekend and effectively, on Monday, we owned our 'dream house!' Without Elizabeth's help, this simply wouldn't have been possible, for a house in a prime location with high interest. Other realtors may be well respected, but I can't imagine there's anyone else who has her ability to build rapport with people, due to her honesty, integrity and professionalism. Living where we now live is not due to the money we paid the seller, but really, due to Elizabeth's Alaskan contacts and influence. Elizabeth is a pleasure to work with and we wholeheartedly recommend her to any prospective buyers and sellers alike.
