Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $325k in San Pedro, San Pedro, CA.Summary:
This was our second transaction with Ellis and once again he did an excellent job for our family. Our sitiuation was unique this time around. We had to short sell our house. We thought we would have to rent for two years but Ellis informed us of a loan program that might work for us. We were current on or mortgage and still had credit scores in the 700's. To make a very long and sometimes stressful story short, Ellis and his team was able to get our short sale approved, our new loan approved and the closing of both our sale and our buy within a week of each other. We are now loving and enjoying our new, affordable home.

Sold a home in 2011.Summary:
Ellis listed our house under pressure from a variety of circumstances; a buyers market, a glut of inventory in the area, decreasing values due to foreclosures and brand new construction of a house on the lot next door. Not to mention it was a very unique property to the area, hard to comp and would throw a monkey wrench into any FHA deal. Despite mounting days on the market, Ellis remained positive and committed to Open Houses every Sunday until we got the right offer. He was open and honest about dropping values and kept our spirits up until escrow closed. He negotiated us through a mentally challenging escrow period with immediate response to phone calls and great attention to detail. We were truly grateful for his help and expertise and I would recommend Ellis to anyone needing to buy or list a house. Sold a Single Family home in 2011 in Redondo Beach, CA.Summary:
Ellis provided us with a lot of knowledge on how to position our home for sale. We needed to sell quickly but we did not want to cut the price. With Ellis's help we got three offers the first week and ended up selling at a level above our asking price. He has a lot of experience and it shows.
