Summary:

Ellis was so good, I was reffering him while he was working on our deal. I have talked with other people using other realtors and none of them were getting to see the amount of houses they would have liked or even called back with info. Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $725K in Hermosa Beach, CA.

Summary:

We found Ellis by reading a Zillow Review. We were looking to move back to the Hermosa/Redondo area after an eight year absence. The combination of the demanding nature of my work and the distance between the South Bay and our home we were selling in Florida should have made this a difficult task, but Ellis' extraordinarily professional approach to his work made it seem easy. We can't count the times that he seemed to be "reading our minds" and answering the questions on our minds before we had a chance to ask.

Ellis matched his schedule to mine and often would give us a "virtual showing" of a home as he would walk through sending photos and video and answering our questions. Once we had chosen our new home, he helped assemble a team of professionals to assist in making all of the details come together. As we left our home in Florida for the long drive with our dogs and cats, we felt that we had our own personal team of experts in California making sure the timing would work out perfectly to close and move in as soon as we arrived. I am sure Ellis spent alot of time making this happen, and we closed about the time we were driving across the California state line. We drove up to our new home and moved right in. Unbelievable.

The bottom line is that I can truthfully say that I have never met someone who has such a level of dedication to his clients as Ellis Posner. He went above and beyond our expectations in every regard. Thank you, Ellis.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $325K in San Pedro, San Pedro, CA.

Summary:

This was our second transaction with Ellis and once again he did an excellent job for our family. Our sitiuation was unique this time around. We had to short sell our house. We thought we would have to rent for two years but Ellis informed us of a loan program that might work for us. We were current on or mortgage and still had credit scores in the 700's. To make a very long and sometimes stressful story short, Ellis and his team was able to get our short sale approved, our new loan approved and the closing of both our sale and our buy within a week of each other. We are now loving and enjoying our new, affordable home. I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend Ellis for your real estate needs.More Less
