Emmett is great and professional. He is very responsive with phone calls and emails. In today's economic environment the refi process could present many challenges that are not there in the past few years. Emmett helped us navigate through a few hurdles and got us a good deal. I would highly recommend Emmett.

Emmett is by far the best mortgage broker I have worked with (and I have worked with about 6 different ones). He is professional, very responsive, fair, and there every part of the way to help with the loan process. I would highly recommend him to others looking for a mortgage.

Emmett is the best. He not only gave me best rate and terms that were available but stayed with me at every stage of refinance process until it was closed. We closed it within 3 weeks with his help. Emmett had been very responsive throughout the process, returning my calls/emails instantly. He is very knowledgeable and advised me when to lock at most opportunate time. I reccomend Emmett for all real estate needs.

I previously had very bad experience with another broker (found on zillow) and was very reluctant initially. However, I am glad that I gave it second try with Emmett.

I had my best experience in closing my refinance with Emmett, Emmett is professional, prompt and very helpful. Emmett worked very closely with me and kept an eye on the daily market to deliver me the best rate possible.
I highly recommend Emmett.

Thought Emmett was great. Very responsive and unlike most folks, quickly responded to every question by email and followed up with a phone call on critical issues. I gladly recommend Emmett to others. By far the easiest loan I've had.

Emmett was very responsive from beginning to end. He worked hard to get past various obstacles that came up during my refi process, such as finding a new lender when two other lenders bailed because of my condo building. Emmett also actively sought and got me a lower rate (and consequently lower fees) even after the initial rate lock. I would highly recommend Emmett as a broker who is pleasant to work with, especially when the actual process is unpleasant, and who honestly looks out for your best interests.

I can't say enough good things about Emmett Clark's handling of my loan. He is professional, knowledgeable and has excellent customer service skills. His follow-up is excellent and it made working with him and getting the loan closed easy. I highly recommend Emmett to anyone who is looking for a home loan.

Emmett Clark provided us with great service and a simple refinance experience. His communication with us was excellent--he emailed status updates throughout the loan process and responded promptly to any questions we had. He worked to keep our closing costs low and timed the rate lock to get us the lowest interest rate possible. We would definitely recommend Emmett to anyone considering a mortgage refinance.
