Sold a home in 2011.
Emily has a lot of knowledge more so then anyone else I have met recently. She can buy a simple home or multi unit property. She knows the process from buying a lot to building the home. Nobody knows student investments better then Emily.

Found a tenant for a Single Family home in West San Jose, San Jose, CA.
Emily Lee is great in all the categories above except that I am not able to answer whether or not she is good at "negotiating". I am not saying she is good or bad at that because there hasn't been a situation to address that.

Found a tenant for a Single Family home in Sequoyah, Oakland, CA.
Emily Lee has been an absolute lifesaver for me. We bought a rental in University Hills, and as out-of-state investors, trusted a "friend of a friend" real estate agent to property manage for us - our biggest mistake EVER. So, when we had to fly in to assess the massive damage to our rental, I asked around and was referred to Emily and her team at Lee Properties. Believe me, I checked them out THOROUGHLY. Through six months of repairs, from foundation issues to *yuk* bugs, Emily has stuck by me. They have been absolutely on top of everything that has come up during this arduous process, and I truly feel that Emily and Lisa, the unshakeable property manager, have my back. I absolutely recommend their services!

Found a tenant for a Apartment home in North University, Austin, TX.
I own an investment property and required help with a zoning problem that required building modifications, working with the city, timing the work with existing tenants, and working with many subs.
