I specialize in residential properties in the San Francisco Peninsula. My focus is always on my clients, whether selling or buying, because individual relationships are so important to me. I came to real estate from a career in university teaching and administration -- valuable experiences which taught me to oversee complex transactions and solve problems.  Turning to my passion for home remodeling and Bay Area real estate, my experience now enables me to successfully track and facilitate the myriad details of every transaction, educate my clients on the shifting trends of local real estate, and use creative solutions to meet any challenge.  I develop as deep an understanding of my clients and their needs as possible in order to become an effective partner and advocate for them, whether they are selling or buying property.

A Redwood City resident for many years, I know the mid-peninsula cities well and have extensive networks of other professionals that help me enable effective marketing efforts and prepare homes for a quick sale. The proud mother of a daughter and two grandchildren raised in the Bay Area, I value family, education, and this wonderful place to live that is the mid-peninsula.
