I have lived in Santa Barbara since 1963. I am a Santa Barbara High School and graduate and attended Santa Barbara City College before graduating from UC Santa Barbara.

I started serving my valued real estate clients in 1988 and I believe I have the best job, in the best place, in the world. Seriously, what could be better than helping people realize their real estate dreams and goals in Santa Barbara, Montecito, Hope Ranch, Goleta, Carpinteria and the Santa Ynez Valley?

I have closed well over 850 transactions and I am truly proud of the countless clients I have who would not consider making a move without my assistance. I serve at the pleasure and descretion of these valued clients and I never forget that.

When I am not working (and when is it, exactly, that Realtors get time off?) I enjoy spending time with my two teenage daughters, traveling, sailing, flying, cooking (with wine of course!), playing squash and exploring canyons in the back hills on my Ducati.

I take my profession very seriously but I make certain, as much as possible, that everybody is having a good time and the process remains "light". Life is way too short to not have fun even when youare working which is almost all the time in my profession!
