Kathryn was professional, straightforward in her dealings with us, and right on target with the listing price. She gave good advice on what needed to be done to the house before it was listed. We followed her advice and had an offer within 10 days of listing at 97% of the listing price. This is especially notable since the house was in an area where only three houses had sold in the past year at much lower prices. She marketed the house in a local homes magazine that came out right when the house was ready. She had over twenty pictures of the house and property on the web. She worked hard to sell the house. She's a great realtor.

I did not know Kathryn Stice prior to calling to inquire about a property listing. My situation was unusual and Kathryn happily took on the challenge. I found her to be extremely skilled at her profession - and as a bonus, she is kind and willing to go that proverbial extra mile. Having bought and sold several properties previously, I can honestly say that I have never met anyone so willing to help me in my search as well as willing to hold my hand through the negotiation and closing process. Her agency is lucky to have her on their team.
