I currently live in Stockton, CA, I moved here in the fall of 2008. I'm originally from Southern NJ, where I worked in residential construction and remodeling for 30 years, I was an electrical contractor for the last 10 of that 30 years. I really enjoy helping people, whether it be finding them the perfect home or assisting them in the listing and selling of their current home. I'm also CDPE certified, Certified Distressed Property Expert, I can help you negotiate a short sale with your lender and save your credit. In the current economy many people are faced with the threat of foreclosure through no fault of their own. I really enjoy helping people get out from under the stress of a looming foreclosure by doing a short sale, as opposed to letting their home foreclose. It saves their credit from having a foreclosure on their record and it helps the economy by reducing the number of foreclosures too.
