We connected, but it did not work out. Looking in Springdale, Lancaster, SC 29720
This agent was completely uncooperative and miserably failed on every single point. We had a valid contract on this house with loan approval. This agent refused to communicate or cooperate and failed to get paperwork to closing attorney, and as a result 6 months of working toward closing caused our loss of this home. Shame or worse.

I really hate to do this I never wanna be an ugly person but in this situation I feel like the need is an necessary action. I called Erica Simpson more then 6 times in the course of two weeks and never once did she call back nor email me back. Then when I was lucky enough to get in touch with her she treated like I was wasting her time and being a complete inconvenience to her.
I am a first time buyer and have saved enough to pay cash and she still didn't wanna deal with me or point me to someone that wouldn't mind helping and as a result the home I was set one was sold by a real estate agent doing their job.
I don't doubt Erica has the training and the know how to be a great agent but somewhere along the way she quit liking her job and as a result me nor anyone I know looking to buy homes will deal with her nor a listing she is on.
I would appreciate an apology to be honest..

We connected, but it did not work out.
This agent was very difficult to contact. Her company promises a call back within 3 hours...it was 2 days before I could even reach her. She was rude and difficult to communicate with. She couldn't tell me basic information about a property she was handling such as whether or not it was available. I would not recommend her services as a buyer's agent. She seemed all too ready to get off of the phone and not be bothered.
