Sold a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $575K in South Boston, Boston, MA.
We were wary about hiring someone who wasn't experienced in home/condo sales in our particular neighborhood. However, Erica came to our first meeting with thorough and expert research and a fully developed marketing strategy designed to meet our exact needs. We needed to get a fair market price in the shortest period of time possible. After bringing in an expert in staging (at no cost to us), she went to work. She had us under agreement at the top end of the market within 72 hours and shepherded us through the balance of the process with professional poise and attention to every detail. We couldn't be more definite in our recommendation of her. Within a few short meetings and conversations, we were comfortable in giving her the reigns to handle our entire process and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to friends and strangers alike.

Bought a home in 2012.
We are so thankful Erica was our realtor. She helped us through an incredibly difficult and stressful purchase and virtually did the job of two realtors. She was constantly available and very supportive. She also made excellent recommendations for both our lawyer (Hornung & Scimone, Kathryn Collins) and lender (Georgetown Bank, Catherine Long). It was great to work with someone who not only was great herself but had a whole awesome team to recommend for every step of the process. We highly recommend Erica!
