I don't think there's a better agent to work with. I have never worked with an agent who cared more than Eric Cavanagh. His committment to my needs and desire to help me buy a house in Jacksonville FL was amazing. He went far beyond of what
his duty required from him. Unfortunately the purchase was canceled by me due to a change of circumstanses on my side but Eric was willing to help me solve that problem also. A big thanks to him.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $50K in Arlingwood, Jacksonville, FL.
Eric Cavanaugh is a life taker and a heart breaker. I had to relocate from Jacksonville, Florida to Huntsville, Alabama due to a career change. From the day we met, Eric was on it. From interior lighting for pictures and exterior appearances to attract locals and others interested. We kept in constant communication from the date we left, through closing. No matter what happened, Eric stood through the storm and held his own. He and his wife were excellent at ensuring that it would get done, and it did. Also, kudos to his collegue, Julie, kept the financial types on their toes til the sale was done. My family and I are very grateful for the services provided by Eric and his team. WELL DONE!!!

Eric did a great job keeping me in the loop and getting the proper paper work when needed.Eric has very good contract knowledge,and works hard to ensure that everything is in order.
He is a take charge person and works very hard to ensure you have a good customer experience.

Bought a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $100K in Arlington, Jacksonville, FL.
We'd been house-hunting for a good six months before we FINALLY met Eric. Our experiences with other realtors had been unpleasant at best. No one took the time to actually listen to us and help us find a house that we could not only afford, but, had all the features that we wanted. Our price range was very limited and we were doubtful we would even be able to purchase a house. With much assurance and hand-holding on Eric's part we found a beautiful home that we absolutely love and can afford. He went above and beyond what we could have expected and was not just a realtor, but a true advocate. If you could pick the perfect realtor...it'd be Eric. We can't thank him enough.
