I reached out to Eric based on his reviews and his skill levels. I saw that he also had experience with remodeling and that was a plus. I figured if i needed to change anything i could ask for his opinion. I reached out got pre-approved by one of his lenders. He added me to his email listings and sent me email listings to look at. However my complaints are with the lack of communication and timing. I understand that i wasn't in the market for a home right this minute. I sent him multiple emails with a couple questions. I gave it a few days a figured maybe he was busy. A week later still no response. Now that i am finally ready to start looking for a home i will be using someone else. Someone who actually responds to me in a reasonable amount of time. I wish i had the same level of service everyone else seemed to have. This is honestly my first bad review i leave on someone. I'm not that hard of a person to please. Horrible communication.
Greg, I am sorry that you received less than perfect service from us. We always get back to our clients right away so I am not exactly sure where this review is coming from. As you can see from our other reviews, our speed of communication is always top notch. I always give my clients every option to contact me when necessary – direct cell phone, office line, text, email, etc. I have looked through all my emails and besides a message that you sent this morning, there was no other email received from your address since the end of October 2014. Are you positive that you were sending the messages to me? I work very hard to assist my clients with their real estate needs, sometimes being on the phone or dropping off important documents as late as 12am to meet deadlines. We run a very honest business and always put our clients first. I respect your review, although I believe there is some kind of mistake or miscommunication that has been made.
