Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Lansdowne, PA.
Eric helped us find our first home. He was very helpful and responded to our questions quickly. I would definitely recommend using him to find your home. He was very organized and always had a folder with all the home information prepared for us when we would view properties. Great to work with.

Sold a home in 2013.
Eric has been a great agent. He is very professional, well knowledged in his field, and very pleasant to deal with. He has made my real estate transaction very seamless and smooth which is very rare in the real estate world. He has went above and beyond his call of duty in his service as an agent. He was very understanding and compassionate to my and my family needs and never pushy like most agents. I highly recommended Eric to be your agent!

Eric went above and beyond to help me find my first home. I was completely confident in my decision with his knowledge of the real estate market and negotiation process.I learned so much during my time with Eric and he was always available to answer my questions no matter how trivial. Bought a home in 2012.
We highly recommend Eric as a real estate agent! We went through two other agents before finding Eric, who was knowledgeable, helpful, and patient! We looked at many properties before finally making a purchase and he always made himself available and helped us to weigh out our options knowing what we were looking for so that we ultimately made an excellent choice in the end.

I would recommend Eric to anyone in search of a new home. I felt comfortable and confident that Eric knows what to do when it comes to buying a home. Sold a Condo home in 2012 in Brewerytown, Philadelphia, PA.
Eric is a top notch real estate agent. He was able to sell one of our units within 45 days. He is very proactive and communicated with us every single week so we were never in the dark. We are continuing to use him to sell our additional models. We have worked with many different real estate agents. The biggest difference here is communication! I definitely recommend working with.

Eric is wonderful to work with! This was our first experience with purchasing a home, and Eric held our hands through the whole process. He was always available and prompt to answer any questions and address any concerns we had. We were also very impressed with his extensive knowledge of construction and his eye for design. He recommended ways to renovate our new home to help us make the most out of the space we have. I would highly recommend Eric to anyone interested in purchasing a home.

Bought a home in 2010.
Eric helped my wife and I buy our first house. He was very professional and returned our calls promptly. He helped us get the price that we wanted with a good seller assist. Very thankful for that. He is very charming and makes the people around him feel very comfortable. We will certainly be using him again on our next home purchase.
He was also originally the property manager of the rental that we lived in before our home purchase. Eric was always very quick to take care of any problems as our property manager. I remember a tree branch fell on the the house during a storm and since it was a Sunday and there was no one to call, he actually came by with a chainsaw and cut it himself. That is great service!

Bought a Single Family home in 2008 for approximately $300K in Drexel Hill, PA.
Eric was very professional with my husband and me. He demonstrated solid knowledgeable of the local area. I was very impressed with his initiative and follow ups. He was always easy to be reached and quick with information I needed and requested. I have recommended him to many of our friends.
