Sold a Single Family home in 2011 in Ballantyne East, Charlotte, NC.

Summary:

I had by far the best experience working with Eric, and his incredible closing coordinator in selling my house in Ballantyne Country Club. He is highly knowledgeable in the real estate market in Charlotte, and specially Ballantyne area. He was able to sell our house with a great price in less than six weeks. Sold a Single Family home in 2010 in Ballantyne West, Charlotte, NC.

Summary:

We had our home listed with another agent and we received very limited traffic or focus. After about 14 months we transfered the listing to Eric. The fact that this was all occurring during the worst residential real estate crisis ever was distressing. Eric gave our home meaningful focus and increassed the traffic dramatically.
