Bought a home in 2013.
Eric helped us buy our first home in the Ballantyne Country Club. He was great to work with and knew the area very well. Eric seemed to know either the neighbors or someone on the same street at every house we considered. His experience and knowledge helped us complete our purchase while making us feel confident that we had explored all of the best available options within our price range. Eric and his closing coordinator, Melanie, really helped us out right up until closing and even after closing. We had multiple issues come up that were resolved to our satisfaction thanks in large part to Eric's help.
