Eric did a great job helping us sell my mother's house. He began by helping us identify work to do that would help it sell. We live a couple of hours away, so he gave us a lock box for several months so we could coordinate work with contractors. When the house went on the market, he was able to sell it in less than a week (in a market that wasn't moving that fast).

On November 4th, 2011 I settled on a home in Arbutus Maryland. Joseph Bird was the realtor on Eric Pakulla's team who made this possible. Joe was very professional and personable at the same time. I really feel Joe and I worked at a team to come to the best purchasing decision possible. One major issue was my desire to live in Columbia Maryland. I found a short sale I was very interested in and realizing the limited possibility of success, Joe suggested I keep looking. Had he not, I would have missed to opportunity to purchase this home which ended up being the better purchase decision. I went to Joe with a price range and a time table and found in the process I had more buying power than expected. Joe having apartment managing experience also brought to the table some suggestions on what home improvement issue could be used as a bargaining tool and those that should be addressed before serious purchasing could be considered. His negotiation advise was invaluable. Joe also brought through suggestion a team of what I found to be very competent businesses for home / lead inspections, termite inspection and title companies.
