Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $225K in Johnston, IA.
This was a first home purchase for both me and my fiancée. I can't imagine finding a better person than Erika to help us through the process. She answered all of our questions quickly and never made it seem like we had a dumb question. Even better, she usually anticipated questions and answered them before we even knew we had thwm. Erika is fantastic at keeping in touch with you and never makes you feel like a burden. She was extremely accommodating to our schedule, making herself available seven days a week at almost any time we needed. She even made a special trip to the house with a sold sign so we could take pictures because my fiancée was out of town when we closed.

I highly recommend Erika without any reservations. She worked so hard to get us our house. In addition, Erika was very helpful in doing alot of backgroung information about the property we wanted to buy within a very short period of time.
