Excellent question. I could not locate it either. I would use the following link to contact Zillow directly.http://www.zillow.com/myzillow/EmailCustomerService.htmGood luck with that. I'm sure they can fix it.
The Zestimate is not an actual market value. Only a professional real estate agent or appraiser can give a more accurate market value. The following link will explain Zillow's Zestimate valuation.http://www.zillow.com/help/what-is-a-zestimate/As for the property description they usually use county tax record (public records) and sometimes that information is not complete or correct especially depending on the age of the property and the records. Hope this helps.
Go to the following link. You have to first claim your home and state that you are the actual owner. You will then be able to list your home "For Sale By Owner" and make changes to your listing. http://www.zillow.com/help/how-to-post-a-home-for-sale/I would encourage you to at least speak to a real estate agent to make sure you a pricing your home correctly for your market.
I would try to use the following link to get your home removed. I'm not sure what information you are wanted removed but I believe that the general address and information is of public record and zillow may or may not remove it. http://www.zillow.com/help/report-home-not-for-sale-or-rent/
So Todd, you have gone through the process of claiming your property on Zillow using the following information in order to make changes to your listing on Zillow?http://www.zillow.com/help/claim-your-home/
Contact a local real estate attorney.
Claim your home on Zillow with the following link. After you complete that process you will be able to make changes to the listing. http://www.zillow.com/help/claim-your-home/
I do not work for Zillow, I am a real estate agent. Below is a link where you would "claim" your home on the Zillow website. This will allow you to change the incorrect information and add many more details that might make your home more attractive to a buyer. Photos are a huge plus and you can add between 20 and 30. Since you are putting your house on the market I highly encourage you to do this. http://www.zillow.com/help/claim-your-home/If you have more detailed questions about changes on information on your house on Zillow refer to the help link.
I would do a city or most likely a county search on google and find the official website and see if there is anything listed about zoning in your area. You can also try and do a general search with your address on zillow and include the word "zoning" with the address and you should have some maps or information come up. I don't think that Zillow will have the information that you are needing. Also you would need to look at your lease since you are renting and see if your landlord allows for you to run any type of business on the property. I would "highly" suggest that first. You don't want to violate the lease agreement.
If this is your property and you haven't claimed it on Zillow then you would need to do so in order to change the picture of the property if it is wrong. You can also add more photos of the property if you wish only after you claim that you are the owner. If you are not the owner then you should not try and claim it as your own.Maybe this link will help explain the process.http://www.zillow.com/help/how-to-add-or-remove-photos/
