Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $100K in Freeport Manor, Sacramento, CA.Summary:
I'd asked around my circle of friends looking for recommendations for Realtors in the Sacramento area but most of the agents I had gotten were based in Rocklin, Vacaville, and other areas outside my radius. I wanted someone with expertise in midtown Sacramento and surrounding areas.
To be honest, I didn't know what to expect when I started looking online for recommendations. I'd called a few Realtors but Erin was the quickest and most knowledgeable that I spoke with (a few never returned my calls!).
There is always going to be some nervousness starting the home buying process as a first time home buyer... but Erin took me through one step at a time, and was always available when I had questions or needed something repeated. Even now, a month after purchase, I can still call, text, or e-mail and get a speedy reply!
Erin is personable, professional, fun, and takes your needs to heart when looking for a home. She was also able to give me a recommendation to work with Marlena Olsen at Vitek to service my loan.
At first I was reluctant to go with a lender affiliated with my Realtor, as I've heard that sometimes the one recommended by the Realtor isn't necessarily the best one to service your particular loan. I was in luck that Marlena also met and exceeded all of my expectations.
On a whim, I asked if the loan could close a week early and the Erin Attardi/Marlena Olsen team made it happen in a flash!
I highly recommend Erin Attardi as an agent. There is not one need I had that wasn't addressed in the process. I hope to use her services again when I'm ready to move into a larger home!…More Less

Might be better to work with if you're dealing in million dollar properties, but for the modest price home buyer/seller she was a BIG let down.…More Less
