my experience with Jon Espy has been the worst experience in my life. the "Honesty, integrity, communication" on this page's add, is false. My experience started when Jon came and gave us a rental analysis, which he sold us the world. When we signed with him he worked for about 2 weeks, then, the showings slowed if not stopped and after a month I wanted to know what the deal was. I asked for advice, on what needed to get done, I got none. I wanted to know if there was interest, I got no answers.

Communication was almost non-existent. I had to drag things out of Jon, and even then it seemed like I wasn't getting the whole story.

If you have the option, do not use Jon as your property Manager. You need somebody with integrity and someone that will let you know what the situation on the ground is, Jon will not be that person in my experience with him.…More Less

Jon Espy is an excellent Realtor! He knew exactly what to look for and helped us buy a home very quickly. We could not have done it without him. I have already recommended him to friends and will keep in contact with him for the future.
