We began working with Eva in the spring of 2012. Eva came highly recommended from two different sets of friends who had also bought homes with her as their agent. We were incredibly pleased with our experience and very grateful for their recommendation. First and foremost, Eva is an incredible negotiator. She was extremely helpful not only when it came time to put together an offer for the house, but also when it came to negotiating over inspection. I honestly don't know how she did it in the current market craziness, but she managed to get the sellers to contribute to closing costs and to pay for several key repairs. The terms she negotiated ultimately allowed us to be able to close the deal. Second, Eva was fabulous in helping us identify what was most and least important to us (in terms of home features) and where our boundaries were on how much (and what kind of) work we were willing to do on the house. That was particularly important because part of our strategy was to find a home in our desired neighborhood that was a bit of a diamond in the rough, but not a fixer-upper. Her advice and perspective were essential -- she was always honest, straightforward, and direct, and she really listened to our needs. We have been in our home for 6 months now. We absolutely love it -- we didn't bite off more than we could chew either financially or repair-wise -- and we are extremely grateful to Eva. We recommend her highly!

We bought our first home with Eva's help over 10 years ago and were incredibly happy with the experience, we kept in touch with her over the years and even asked her for referrals on occasion when something came up that needed to be addressed with the house. She always had very good people to recommend no matter what the job. Given our history it seemed like a clear choice to work with her again when we faced a need to sell our house in Seattle this year. We can not say enough wonderful things about her incredible knowledge, expertise, and supportiveness. Eva was a complete pleasure to work with. At every step in the process she took the time to walk us through the steps, answer all of our questions and talk over the options. We always felt she was 100% on our team and had our best interest in mind and she helped us to make difficult decisions along the way by being such a wonderful resource for information. Due to our timing we moved out of the Seattle area before we put the house on the market, but even long distance we felt completely confident that she had everything running smoothly, which was a huge comfort to us. Her advice proved to be very astute and helped us to pick the best timing and presentation of our home for sale. We were thrilled with the outcome of the sale; multiple bids and a fast closing time and most importantly feeling we had found the best buyers possible for the home that we loved.We wish we could have convinced her to come along with us to our new city. Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in High Point, Seattle, WA.

Eva is the ideal buyer's agent in the Seattle region. She has been accompanying us from the beginning of the process. First, she listened to us, mapped our wants and needs so we could focus on certain types of homes. Based on that, she came up with listings, or responded to the listing we gathered on the web ("That's a terrible neighbourhood", "This is a desirable location" "That may be a long commute"). During the showing, she gave us a valuable information about the building quality, its architecture ,its nuisances, its re sale value etc. She even took us to not- so -probable listings so we can define what we DON'T want for sure.She was also watching closely the lending process and smoothed some (minor) problems we had. Throughout the process, Eva has been patient even when we were totally confused or discouraged. She 's given us the sense of feeling of being more than someone we're doing business with, I would even say a friend. And yes, she got us a nice discount on the listing price, which is becoming rarer in this market. So, I warmly recommend working with Eva.

My husband and I are SO glad that we had Eva on our house purchase team! As first time home buyers, we had no previous knowledge of the process and she was able to walk us through by breaking down each step and she even asked us questions during the drive to view homes so the information stuck in our heads. She also provided great guidance while we were making the offer and with her encouragement, we were able to negotiate funds to take care of a few minor issues that were found during inspection. We were able to close in 30 days and after talking to friends and family, everyone was shocked to hear that we found something so quickly! We were only looking for homes for a week (although some of this may have been due to luck)!

She has over 15 years of experience in the Seattle area and her knowledge of the local neighborhoods was impressive. We both are from Seattle and knew the area that we wanted to look in, but she was able to set realistic expectations of market inventory and only showed us homes within our price range. The home we bought was in the middle of our range and we absolutely LOVE it!!

Eva was always responsive to emails and still is even after her work is done! She has so many great contacts - we've been referred to an arborist, roof specialist, plumber, locksmith...she also provided us with all the contacts we would need to get set up in our new home (PSE, City of Seattle, etc.) which saved us a ton of time. I'm sure we will continue to reach out to her for anything else that comes up. Her continued guidance is extremely appreciated!

Finally, we enjoyed working with Eva on a personal level. She is enthusiastic, fun and so knowledgeable! We appreciated the little things too, like providing sweets and snacks every time we met. It was important to us that we enjoyed being around our agent because we were planning to spend a lot of time looking at places. We noticed that she has also built strong rapport with others in the industry and this came in handy during negotiations. We will recommend her to any friends/family that are planning to buy or sell a home!

Over 14 years ago I met Eva when I was young, poor and determined to buy a condo in Seattle. My budget was SMALL. Most mortgage brokers and real estate agents would have (and some did) turn their backs on me or encouraged me to look outside of Seattle city limits. But Eva was just as determined as I was to make it work.

Somehow she managed to find a large, one bedroom condo with western exposure and views of the Olympic Mountains. This condo was, of course, over my paltry budget but that didn't deter Eva. She somehow convinced the seller to drop the price so I could afford to buy it. I called that condo home for the past 14 years.

After acquiring a husband, dog, and pushy cat, my beloved condo proved too small for us. There was never a second thought that I would work with Eva again. The Seattle market was heating up (great for us as sellers, less great as buyers) but our condo was facing a pretty major assessment that would obviously hamper our efforts. Eva assured us this wouldn’t be impossible—just more challenging. A challenge she seemed to relish.

Thanks to Eva’s professionalism, knowledge of the Seattle market (and real estate in general,) we managed to list the condo at the right time, at the right price and found the perfect buyer in just 6 days. She also staged our condo perfectly, taking the time to come over multiple times to offer suggestions and even help move furniture around and “decorate.” The photos online we’re incredible. The amount of traffic we had in just those 6 short days was above our expectations and I’m sure due to Eva’s terrific marketing.

Buying our new house was a longer process due to lack of inventory and an incredibly competitive market. I was confident that whatever house we wanted, we’d get because Eva has an impeccable reputation around town and people want to work with her. Several agents we met at open houses knew Eva and had nothing but positive things to say about her.

There were definitely moments when we thought the house hunt was taking too long and we were ready to settle on a less than perfect house. Thankfully Eva talked us off the ledge, fully believing the right house was out there and she would find it. We saw “the” house on a Sunday afternoon only to discover the sellers were accepting offers three hours later that evening! Knowing we couldn’t pull the trigger that fast, Eva convinced the sellers to wait until noon the following day so we could have a second look. When we decided to make our offer, Eva sprung into action, having the paperwork drawn up, signed, and submitted in less than an hour. Later that afternoon, our offer was accepted. I had little doubt we would get the house because I felt so confident in the offer Eva guided us into submitting. My hunch proved correct when the listing agent sent us an email thanking us for some a strong, polished, and competitive offer. And no doubt because she appreciated Eva’s professionalism and wanted to do business with her.

It’s always been a pleasure working with Eva and her team. She has great contacts and a fabulous design aesthetic if you ever need a recommendation on paint color or where to put the couch or which wall is safe to knock down. When you work with Eva you feel like you’re her only client (which I knew for a fact wasn’t true.)

I cannot recommend Eva more highly.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $400K in Seaview, Seattle, WA.

We were referred to Eva by friends. Eva is a very responsive agent with a great deal of experience and a great team. It took us a long time to find the right home, and all sorts of quirky inspections and attempts; through it all she was able to help us see that there was a light at the end of the tunnel.

At times she would go above and beyond. One thing that she does, which I think is unique, is that she has an annual party for all of her clients and co-workers. It shows how she connects in a deeper, more personal way. Another example is that she actively helped us negotiate for a home while she was abroad in Germany, and it was as if she was in town-- that is how responsive she was during our potential purchase.

When we finally found the home I now write from, Eva and her team were amazing as they worked a tight deadline. It was a bit of a miracle-- she and her team let you know they will do anything in their power to meet even the most challenging of circumstances.

We highly recommend Eva Brandenburg and her team if you are looking for an agent! Thank you, Eva!

We have moved around the country many times and have worked with many agents and were so thankful to find Eva! Eva is amazing and certainly set the bar high for any other agent we have encountered. Eva was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and went far beyond anyone I have met to make our move a positive experience in every way. Even though we moved away from the Seattle area a number of years ago, we still remark about how nobody will compare to her when it comes to finding the perfect home or selling a home.

Eva is great! I highly recommend her services. She helped me sell my house using her excellent knowledge & expertise. I was a bit concerned in this market & economy that I would be in for a long, drawn-out experience. But with Eva's help with market conditions, pricing, staging, etc. my house sold in TWO & A HALF WEEKS!!! And not only that, but her negotiating abilities got me FULL ASKING PRICE!!! Now, certainly there was definitely some elements of luck involved with the right person finding the house & falling in love with it; but I credit Eva very much with this great experience. Sold a Single Family home in 2006 for approximately $450K in Whittier Heights, Seattle, WA.

I've now bought two houses with Eva. The first time (2006), she figured out quickly that I hate shopping, figured out what kind of house I wanted, and helped me find a great one back when the market was hot. The second time (2009), the market was cold, and she helped me deal with a very difficult seller. Both she and the finance/escrow people she works with are fantastic.
