      Sold a home in 2011.
      Terrible experience! Everyone knows it is a great time to purchase a home, but a horrible time to sell! I knew this going into selling my home; however, I never would have expected to also deal with a lying agency!

      Whenever another agent would show my home, they would leave their business card on my kitchen counter. I would contact Dick Post's office, speaking frequently with Sherri, asking for any feedback. Typically she would respond, "No, I left a message but didn't hear back,” or “the other agent didn't answer the phone." The only time Sherri provided me with feedback was if it was negative feedback. When I questioned my theory with Dick and Sherri, I would receive multiple forms of positive feedback for a week. And then I’d hear nothing for months. This cycle continued the entire time my home was on the market.

      During one week, I had 8 showings. I thought this was going to a be a promising week! A couple days later, still without hearing feedback, I emailed Dick and Sherri asking about feedback....they gave me the same response: “I left a message” and “Nobody picked up the phone,” etc. I personally called the other agents (they left their business cards) and inquired about the showings. I was overwhelmed with the positive feedback (THAT DICK AND SHERRI CLAIMED THEY CALLED). I asked the agent if anyone contacted them regarding the home, and they all said no. This happened for 5 out of 8 relators I contacted! When I questioned Dick about this (I didn't tell him I called the others), he claimed that Sherri was a well-oiled machine about getting feedback! YEAH RIGHT!

      Awful experience! I wouldn't wish my worst enemy to work with Dick Post! And yes, they're outside sign is always 5 hours off and the temperature is never accurate!

      Sold a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $200K in Palos Heights, IL.
      It was truly a delight working with Dick Post. He came to my home and took beautiful pictures and had them up and running very quickly on the Internet. He always returned my calls quickly if I left him a message. I received a contract three weeks after the home went up for sale and in this market, that's really remarkable. I would definitely call Dick Post again if or when I ever want to sell another home. Thank you Dick.  MoreLess

      Sold a home in 2014.
      I would highly recommend Dick Post as a real estate broker. He sold two properties for me in the last year.He sold one property in a month and the other property within two months.He did such a good job that I now have him selling my mothers house.
