Great experience with agent, they were always incredibly accescible via email and phone, which was crucial in getting the value I got.They also refunded me 20% of their commission. In the end it worked out towards covering the attorney fees.

Bought a Multi Family home in 2011 for approximately $600K in Hollywood, Los Angeles, CA.
She was simply the best. I couldn't have asked for anything more. I feel like I literally got everything I wanted in terms of the transaction and the whole process was a breeze. Everyone she recommended was competent and honest. I will absolutely use her again and I might buy another property just so that I can talk to her every day for a month or whatever.

Denise Riddle with Allen Tate was a pleasure to work with! She helped me buy a house from across the country. She acted as my eyes and ears when I couldn't be there in person and went out of her way to make sure I got what was best for me. She is funny, friendly, whitty and great to be around. I couldn't be happier!

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $525K in Alki, Seattle, WA.
I cannot say enough good things about our agent, Kim Tingley. She is extremely knowledgable about real estate and about West Seattle where we were looking. She is also very warm, works well with other agents, which is important, and is very prompt in returning correspondence. Without a doubt, when we are looking to buy again in the future, we will use Kim for sure!

Sherri Adams was wonderful and made the entire process so easy. She held our hand throughout the entire process and was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was always available when we needed questions answered and responded to our emails and phone calls immediately. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home.

Paul Osborne of Venture Properties, Altamonte Springs, goes the extra distance for you! I had almost given up buying my own home - previous realtors showed me houses I wouldn't put a dog in, and sent me to lenders who required $5,000.00 down and a co-signer!! Paul showed me houses that were the best buy for my money, very patiently steered me away from houses that looked nice but were money traps, and connected me with a lender that not only didn't require a co-signer, but got me a 4.5% 30-year fixed rate mortgage!!! All this and I closed (including deposit and home inspection) for around $2800!!!
