In our initial interview he spent almost an hour with us explaining the entire home selling process and what he believes to be the right approach to ensuring we get the best possible price. We were very impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to sit with us for so long before we had even hired him. While we decided not to sell at that time, his impression stuck with us. When we were ready to sell several years later, he was our first and only call.
Selling a home can be emotional and stressful, but Frank and his team were with us every step of the way. They were always there to take my panicky calls and help me stay calm, educate me on the process, and make sure I was informed. If they didn't answer the phone right away they always called or texted back within an hour at the most, and responded quickly via email as well.
