Add personality to your profile! Tell the community about yourself, your home, and your profession.
I've been interviewed for the radio talkshow "Money Talks" on KBNP Oregon and for the San Francisco Chronicle real estate section titled "Surreal Estate: A Tale of 2 Friscos", January 6, 2008 Sunday edition which can also be found on sfgate.com or by clicking http://www.sfgate.com/cgi-bin/article.cgi?f=/g/a/2008/01/04/carollloyd.DTL.
As a full-service Realtor, she has detailed Listing Presentations and free market analyses getting sellers the highest possible price for their homes and the best deals for buyers - her extensive knowledge in the multi-media industry and various detailed marketing strategies have yielded outstanding results as well as praises even from her colleagues!
Born in Manila, Philippines, she moved frequently in her early years. She travelled with her parents who were both agriculturists and alumni of U.P. Los Baños as well as from working in the news department exposing her to people from different walks of life. She toured the U.S. when she was 17 with her high school cultural group, Hapit-Himig, a product of her alma mater, The Phillippine Women's University. She graduated college on a full scholarship then worked in television production as a P.A., Researcher and as a Producer & Writer. When she moved to the United States, she first started processing loans and eventually became Training and Escrow Coordinator for Coldwell Banker Peninsula which made her learn the ropes in the business and inspired her to become a real estate professional.
Fiona's clientele are not just friends and family but also first time homebuyers who come to her Open Houses; buyers that see her print and internet ads, referrals from past clients and folks who attend her First Time Home Buyers' Seminar held every Saturday. In this very informative meeting, buyers get a chance to voice their concerns as well as learn the home-buying process, different loan programs suited to their affordability and how to improve their credit by giving a free credit analysis.
Being an area specialist and a resident in the Peninsula, she covers most of San Francisco & San Mateo Counties such as Daly City, Pacifica, South San Francisco, San Bruno, Brisbane, Millbrae, Burlingame, Hillsborough, San Mateo, Palo Alto, Woodside, Redwood City, Atherton, Foster City and San Carlos as well as other major cities in the Bay Area such as Santa Clara, Hayward, Alameda, Oakland, Pleasanton, Vallejo to name a few and has clients as far as Los Angeles County and even receives referrals from the east coast.
