Brian was invaluable to us during our 6 month home search. He has an invaluable knowledge of real estate (as a buyer's and seller's agent) but also an education as a structural engineer. So he was able to anser our questions and point us in the right direction for more information every step of the way. When we were looking for a loan, when we were worried about the property inspection, when we were navigating the back and forth of offers and counter offers. Brian was great at communication. He responded to our phone calls and emails quickly. He took time to educate us throughout the process. He juggled all the ins and outs of our transaction and kept us thoroughly updated the entire time. Brian is incredibly knowledgeable, he used to be a contractor and can really give you a "heads up" when it comes to construction and what may or may not be required to any given property. We found this invaluable. He's also really knowledgeable about Northeast L.A. and the surrounding areas.
