Team reviews

Brian and his team are masters of process. This is the second home my wife and I have purchased, but far more complex than our previous small loan, small property experience. Brian guided us through the process of obtaining a Jumbo loan (and really helped keep us calm and focus). All the while doing double duty of communicating and negotiating with the hard-to-get-hold-of seller. Any difficulty was made seamless to us, so we could focus on the obligations of securing financing. *Every detail attended to. *All due diligence and reports were handled or at least assisted by the team. *Any escrow bumps in the road... they helped overcome. An excellent experience with all points of the process. Thank you.

Sold a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $725K in Glassell Park, Los Angeles, CA.

My wife and I worked with Brian to buy our first home in Eagle Rock 4 years ago and he was extremely patient (my wife and i took about a year) and very knowledgeable on not only the area but building homes in general. He was able to share first hand knowledge on what it would take if we wanted to make any changes to the homes to make it the way we wanted. We liked him so much we asked him to help us sell the same home as we needed to upgrade to a bigger home. He presented a strategy of selling that led to an offer over asking price the first week we put it up. Super friendly. Very intelligent and a one stop shop for everything you need in moving, buying and selling your home. Highly recommend Brian and his team!

Sold a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $1.025M in Mid Wilshire, Los Angeles, CA.

As a first-time buyer, I can say without a doubt that we could not have made our home purchase happen without Brian and his team. They were on top of every single item throughout the hunting, offer and escrow processes. Brian's sixth sense for houses and sellers was absolutely indispensable. Not only did he help us land the perfect house, he also steered us clear of several imperfect ones. He navigated the negotiations impeccably, with a strong intuition about what would make both the sellers and us happy throughout the process. I'm also grateful for the whole gamut of crash courses on real estate and homeownership he gave us, which we desperately needed as first-timers. Thanks, Brian!

Bought a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $1.075M in South Arroyo, Pasadena, CA.

Buying a home is stressful, buying a home while living in a different city and under a tight deadline is painful. But Brian made is easy. He was never bothered by my incessant questions and emails. He previewed homes for me so I didn't have to fly down every week. He was always patient and has so much knowledge of the LA real estate scene. Even more helpful though was his background in engineering and construction, as he was able to give me insights into homes that most other agents would not be able to. I highly recommend Brian - in fact 3 of our friends are currently using him.

Sold a home in 2014 in Glassell Park, Los Angeles, CA 90065.

I've had the pleasure of working with Brian twice now - the fact that he represented us a buyers for our first home back in 2010, and we chose to work with him again when selling the same home in 2014 is probably enough said, but to provide a few highlights: 1. Brian is a long-time resident of the Mt. Washington/Glassell Park neighborhood, so he is extremely knowledgeable of the area. 2. His background in structural engineering and construction makes him an ideal agent for buying homes in the area, since a lot of the houses there are built on hillsides. 3. He is an keen strategist and excellent negotiator; though he has a very sweet, quiet, calm and respectful demeanor, he can be like a pit bull when he needs to stick up for his clients.

With regards to our most recent transaction: 1. Brian worked with us for months to prepare to list our house - he helped us coordinate upgrades, repairs and enhancements to help ensure we got the best return on our investment. 2. He was very patient in waiting for us to be ready to proceed with the listing. 3. Once we were ready to proceed with the listing, he worked with us to come up with a winning strategy, covering every detail from big to small, starting with the timeline and listing price to preparing for the open house. 4. He showed us how similar strategy had helped him sell other homes in the area very quickly (within two weeks) and he was spot-on, we had multiple offers after just two open houses, and an accepted offer within less than two weeks of listing.

His advice, strategy and negotiations yielded the absolute best deal possible for us - we could not be happier, and we would not hesitate to work with Brian again in the future, or to refer any of our friends and family to him.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $1.1M in Encino, Encino, CA.

Brian helped me negotiate a very complex deal for a new house and helped me sell a house. I got a great deal out of both the sale and the purchase. Brian was incredibly patient with me, as we looked at a lot of homes before I made my decision on a new home. I actually was bidding on two houses at the same time, which made it even more complex, but I liked both homes and I needed to work through both negotiations to a certain point to determine which deal would be better for me long term.

I have worked with a lot of real estate agents over the years, and I have never met one as qualified as Brian in understanding the market, having the ability to evaluate a home's value, thoroughly understanding the buying and selling process, understanding the detailed legal language, and negotiation. Brian is the best in all of these categories.

Brian helped me think through multiple negotiation strategies, how to position the offers and counter offers, when to time our moves, etc. He plays the real estate game like an expert chess champion. I must also stress that he genuinely holds the best interest of his clients as the priority over his own gains. He will always do what is best for his clients, and will never pressure you. He is all about helping you make informed decisions.

Once we completed the successful negotiation of my new home, Brian helped me to sell my previous home. It was a beautiful home that I spent several years renovating, so it was an easier house to sell. Brian quickly found several buyers and most importantly he found the right buyers that could qualify for the loan, that really wanted the home, and that also were reasonable in the negotiation. They got a great house and I got the sale price I was looking for.

After my experience with Brian I recommended him to some friends of mine that were having difficulty with their realtor, and finding the right home. Brian stepped in very quickly, found them the right home, and helped them close on the home at a great price.

Brian is the best. Don't just take my word for it. Invite him over and listen to what he has to say and you will be convinced too.

Bought a home in 2012 in Glassell Park, Los Angeles, CA 90065.

We had a great experience working with Brian and are totally happy with the outcome. He does a great job and was very attentive and responsive throughout the process. He was present for all inspections and walked us through everything, which as a first time home buyer was greatly appreciated. We would definitely work with him again or recommend him to a friend.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $350K in Glassell Park, Los Angeles, CA.

As a native Midwesterner, when I say someone feels like family I truly mean it. Brian is fantastically knowledgeable about the process of buying a house, utterly innovative in terms of big picture desires and a family or individual's specific wants and needs, and also has a back ground in design to help with any remodeling or structural thoughts. Brian's extensive understanding of every inch of the house buying process made us home owners--we could never have done it without him.

As a major bonus we got to know a wonderful person with perhaps the world's most winning old Hollywood smile, as well as his support team--who were just as great and helpful to us as Brian himself. Brian and his team made finding our family home fun and we found the perfect fit. Luckily we still get to see Brian and his family around our neighborhood to check in.

Sold a home in 2012 in Glassell Park, Los Angeles, CA 90065.

Working with Brian was truly a delight, he help us purchase an investment piece of property, which was a unique deal in itself. This piece of property had fallen into REAP which means that the city was involve in selling this property. There were many different, and tedious requirements for us to buy this, Brian was tremendously helpful, and very patience with all this.. Brian was always willing to go the extra mile that it took to buy this property.. When it was time to sell this rental property he help in that aspect too. Brian has a list of contractors, and specialty people there to help when needed.. I would highly recommend Brian for your listing, or buying needs when it comes to real estate.
