Response from Brian Patrick
Brian was invaluable to us during our 6 month home search. He has an invaluable knowledge of real estate (as a buyer's and seller's agent) but also an education as a structural engineer. So he was able to anser our questions and point us in the right direction for more information every step of the way. When we were looking for a loan, when we were worried about the property inspection, when we were navigating the back and forth of offers and counter offers. I think he's a resident of Glassell Park and he comes with an intimate knowledge of all the east side communities: Eagle Rock, Highland Park, Glassel Park, Mount Washington... Each step of the way, he walked us through the process in detail (never talking down to us or laughing at us for being naive). And now we are proud home owners.

Brian was great at communication. He responded to our phone calls and emails quickly. He took time to educate us throughout the process. He juggled all the ins and outs of our transaction and kept us thoroughly updated the entire time. We've used many realtors over the years, but Brian is the first we would actually recommend to others. He is a hard a tireless worker for his clients. We will call on him again!

I have worked as a home inspector since 1994. During this time, I have had the opportunity to work with thousands of real estate agents. I feel as if I have a very good understanding of the home purchasing process and myriad of details. When the opportunity came for me to purchase real estate, I felt that the best person to work with was Brian Fitzburgh. After working with thousands of realtors, I chose to work with Brian. Brian does a great job of finding appropriate properties deciding on the appropriate price and is very adept in bargaining. He is extremely honest, well versed in the complexities of purchasing real estate and easy to work with.

As my real estate agent, Brian regularly went above and beyond the call of duty to make me feel very comfortable and informed; I felt he had my best interest at heart, every step of the way.
Throughout the entire process, from initially looking at various properties to finalizing the purchase of my new home, Brian was not only a real estate agent but also a friend. He was very responsive and supportive, had great follow up, and went to great lengths, to help me through the grueling process of negotiating my purchase. Brian takes his work and reputation very seriously, and his efforts reflect that. Looking back, working with Brian was definitely one of the highlights of my real estate experience.
I would refer Brian and his real estate services without any hesitation. I am confident that Brian will approach all working relationships with his clients with the same professionalism and helpfulness that he has with me, and go above and beyond what other real estate agents would to ensure that his clients' needs are met.

He was strong in communication and promptly returned our calls, emails, and texts throughout the week and outside of business hours. He was also prompt and effective in communicating with other agents, lenders, and title company personnel. He educated us and provided a wealth of information about the real estate business. And his experience in construction was most helpful, especially when it came to our inspection and the fact that we were interested in updating our new home.

As a first time buyer, Brian took great care to guide me through every step of the buysing process. His understanding, patience and communication skills made me feel at ease. Brian is an excellent agent and also has extensive knowledge of construction and engineering, so he was able to provide more insight into property condition. I don't think you could find a better agent. I recommend Brian to anyone who is looking for a honest, competent agent.

Brian is incredibly knowledgeable, he used to be a contractor and can really give you a "heads up" when it comes to construction and what may or may not be required to any given property. We found this invaluable. He's also really knowledgeable about Northeast L.A. and the surrounding areas.
Brian Fitzburgh has gone above and beyond his call of duty as a Real Estate agent and is an outstanding negotiator.
We recommend Brian Fitzburgh without reservation and invite you to contact us for more details about how amazing he was!
Sincerely,
