When I was looking to buy an investment property I didn't have a real estate agent. I found Frank through my home searches in Zillow. I did not know what to expect, but after meeting Frank, I quickly learn that he was friendly, honest, upfront and very professional. Also, he was very patient since it took approximately 5 month to find the right house. He guided me and was available for any questions through the whole process until the closing. I have no regret working with Frank and will not hasitate recommending him to any one looking for a real estate agent.

I woud highly recommend Frank Busch as your agent for any type of real estate transcation. I have used Frank as our realtor for several years. On numerous occassions he has found tenants for our rental properties. He has made this process effortless each time. If you want someone who is knowledge and will be with you every step of the way...then Frank Busch is the agent for you!!!!

Frank was the second realtor that I hired to handle the sale of my mother's estate which consisted of an older home with 33 wooded acres. The property had been on the market since July 21, 2011 and was in need of several expensive repairs. We were looking to sell "as is". I signed on with Frank May 7, 2012. He was very helpful and insightful in filling out the listing contract and taking the time to answer my many questions. From then on, we kept in contact often, sometimes by phone but many times by text. He always replied no matter when I called or texted him, and he texted me every single time there was a showing scheduled and then let me know if there was feed back from that showing. As the property is heavily wooded and very overgrown in parts, walking the property can be difficult, but Frank took his Blackberry out there and used his GPS to show the buyers where the boundaries were and walked as much of the land as the buyer cared to see (sometimes spending up to 1 1/2hrs in the woods with the buyer). We did have a signed contract with one buyer where Frank was the representative for us and the buyer. I felt he handled this situation professionally and did his job well for both sides. Unfortunately, the buyer did decide to back out of the deal, but another buyer came immediately into the picture, and we just closed on July 23, 2012. Throughout this whole relationship with Frank, I felt he was honest, knowledgeable and very professional. He's a take-action kind of guy who does what he tells you he's going to do and gives you his honest opinion when you ask him for one. I would highly recommend Frank Busch to anyone who's in need of a good, honest realtor.
