Does zillow correct information when they have it wrong?

Answer
Zillow is not pro-active on correcting errors. It took me 6 months to get a simple change made on bad data in Zillow... and that was with multiple phone calls and emails.

Answer
Dear Homebuyer,I am not sure which list you are referring to, but 5680 Samter Ct was sold back in 2008 and is not currently active for sale on the MLS. Zillow data is not accurate a lot of times because the system is a data collector and is not up to date. You need to use an up to date MLS search such as the one located on my website FlaPropertyFinder.com.

How will my credit score be affected if I foreclose on two inv. prop. but keep paying primary home?

Answer
Dear Temple Terrace Owner,2 foreclosures will devastate your credit for at least 7 years, maybe even longer, especially if you have judgements placed against you by the bank for the difference you owe and what the bank sells the properties for. My advise is to short sale the Temple Terrace homes. For our sellers who have completed short sales and stayed current on their mortgage, we have seen a 60 point drop in their credit score (however for 2 short sales it might be double). If the bank refuses to do a short sale, then the next best alternative is to give the home back deed-in-lieu of foreclosure.Michael Valdese-Pro Realtor/ Mtg Broker, TRC, CPMSCertified in Distressed PropertiesKeller Williams Realty[link removed by moderator]

I'm curious why there isn't more talk about non-recourse loans--Florida is a non-recourse State

Response
I have already seen the banks pursue a deficiency judgement against a previous seller who completed a short sale on a higher end home, however the homeowner still had significant assets remaining after selling their home. I haven't yet seen a bank go after a seller for a smaller deficiency, but I'm sure it is only a matter of time before the volume REO foreclosure mill attorneys switch gears (when that business slows) and start going after the sellers for the millions of completed short sales where the bank refused to waive the deficiency.

Should I buy a condo when over 75% of the units are not paying HOA dues?

Answer
No... too much risk. No HOA fees being paid most likely means no insurance (ex. what if there is a fire?).MIchael Valdese-Pro Realtor/ Mtg Broker, TRC, CPMSCertified in Distressed PropertiesKeller Wiliams Realtywww.FlaPropertyFinder.com

ZILLOW DATA IS INNACURATE!
I have had a home listed now for a few months and have syndicated the listing to Zillow, but they will not let me update the current listing info because Zillow is pulling data from when the home was listed back in 2008.. all incorrect info. I have called in to correct this problem, spoken to someone who said it would be fixed, sent numerous emails and it still has not been fixed. I wonder how many other homes have this issue... I bet there is quite a bit!
