my home value is wrong how do i correct it

Answer

Please understand that Zillow estimates are not that accurate. To really get a true appraisal of your home it is best to contact a real estate agent in your area.that agent will know what has recently sold and what is on the market. If you have any further questions, I am here to helpFlorence sommer  [Hotlink removed by Zillow moderator. There were multiple offers on my home, but my agent did not show them all to me.

Answer

When a broker represents you in the sale of your home, they must submit all offers and qualifications of the buyer to you regardless of the offer. It is a requirement. If your broker is not returning your calls, I would contact their manager and complain. I would be happy to help you anytime.

Can a seller require that you go through their lender?

Answer

Not at all. In New York City, But it is possible that your lender may not loan to that particular building. That could be one reason. Just because you got pre approved doesn't mean you need to use that lender. It could be the seller trusts his lender, but regardless you can use whoever will loan to that building.

I would sit down with a few mortgage brokers or bank people and get the nnumbers. See if it makes sense with the cost.
