Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Chapel Hill, NC.
Michelle Moore is the best realtor I've ever known...and my own dad is a realtor. She worked really hard for us when we bought a house from out of state, making solo trips to look at houses and working tirelessly to contact local authorities about our specific zoning questions. I'd you don't let Michelle Moore be your realtor, you're lame.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Chapel Hill, NC.
We had a fantastic experience with Michelle looking for our first home. Not only was she knowledgable about the area, but she was very friendly and a pleasure to work with. Michelle was also always available and would promptly respond to all of our calls and emails no matter what day or time. I would highly recommend her for anyone moving in the area!

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $100K in Hillsborough, NC.
Michelle has been a great realitor to begin our home buying experience. Through or trials and tribulations of credit scores, inspections, unruly seller and all kinds of nonsence Michelle stuck with us. Thanks to her we got our first home and are very happy with the experience. Thanks Michell for all you did.

Listed, but didn't sell my Single Family home in 2012 in Hurdle Mills, NC.
I feel that she is doing a great job in a very slow market. We haven't had any offers made, so it's difficult to rate negotiation skills. I think her responsiveness to questions or concerns is very good. We usually communicate via email. I would definitely recommend her to others.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $150K in Graham, NC.
Michelle was very helpful and patient in helping us sell our home and buy our new home. She has a great way of explaining things. She was able to answer almost any question we had right away, but if there was something she couldn't answer right away, she got an almost immediate answer for us. She never made us feel like we were asking too much and was very patient with us throughout the whole process. We would have been lost without her help and guidance. I would recommend Michelle Moore to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Michelle was friendly and helpful in my search for a home. She returned my calls promptly and found many locations for me to review. She is very knowledgeable concerning the restrictions and requirements needed to have a house pass inspection in order to get a loan. She was patient and considerate of my time. Delightful to work with and I would highly recommend her.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $175K in Hurdle Mills, NC.
We were going through real hard time and needed to do a short sale of our house. Everytime we got one problem corrected another one came up. Michelle was a great help, she kepy researching until we were able to get everthing resolved. She was very pleasant and encouraging when I wanted to just give up and cry. I wish her the very best in her future and would recommend her to everyone.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $350K in Hurdle Mills, NC.
Michelle was the realtor for selling a house that a very special friend of mine sold while she was the executor of a particular estate. I became Power of Attorney and Trustee for that friend, followed by my becoming the friends executor. I freqnetly had the opportunity of wittnessing Michelle's integrity in selling the real estate mentioned.

My husband and I have been very pleased with the service provided by Michelle. She listens to what we want and works very hard to find our dream home. In the beginning of the search process, we thought we would find our home quickly, but it turns out that we are a little more picky then what we would have thought. One of the things I love most about Michelle is she doesn't try to push us to buy a house just to make a sale. She has been very patient and accommodating and her main goal is to make sure that we are happy and excited about finding the perfect house for our needs. Michelle does her research prior to a viewing to make sure she can provide you with important details about the house, area, etc. Michelle almost immediately returns any phone calls and or emails and goes above and beyond to assist her clients. I highly recommend Michelle to anyone looking to sale or buy real estate.
