As a first time home buyer I feel really lucky and thankful to have had Frank by my side during the home purchasing process. Due in part to my relatively young age, the couple previous agents I initially met with all seemed uninterested and treated me as if I was wasting their time. Right from the beginning Frank listened to all my concerns and requests, always treated me with respect, and was a true professional the entire time. Being an Engineer and someone who has worked in home remodeling in the past, I can truly say Frank has extensive knowledge of home construction and remodeling, often pointing out things that I had overlooked. He is very easy to contact, no matter what time or day of the week, and returns phone calls and emails almost instantly. One time he even met with me at his house at 9pm on a weekday since it was the only time I was available. This is not someone who does a 9 to 5 job and calls it quits after that, this is someone who clearly dedicates his time and passion to his job. What initially was supposed to be a quick and simple closing ended up dragging on for about two extra months (due entirely to issues with my lending bank), and that is where I gained the most respect for Frank. He was in constant communication with all parties involved and always kept me up to date with what was going on. Even after having to deal with the bank issue, it was a pleasurable home buying experience and as stress free as possible. I could continue writing pages about the great work Frank does, but in short this is the agent you want working for you.
