We were raised in the Oracle/San Manuel Area; however have worked & shopped in the Tucson area. We specialize in the following areas: Pinal County (To include but not limited to: Oracle, Saddlebrooke, Eagle Crest, San Manuel, Mammoth, Dudleyville, Kearny, Missle Base) and Pima County (To include but not limited to: Catalina, Oro Valley, Marana, NW Tucson).

Franky went way beyond what most agents would do. Some problems came up with an old building permit and an appraisal, she jumped right on it and cleared it up. She was always smiling, and did a great job of putting up with my impatience and perpetual grumpiness. She earned every penny she made and deserved more.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Mammoth, AZ.

Franky did an INCREDIBLE job on finding the property, showing it, and had the patience of a Saint on getting me through the process. i tried to work with the company that had it listed (heather york from Tierra Antigua) but they had HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION SKILLS. I honestly believe that if i did not have franky as my agent i never would have been able to get into the house i did. i could not ask for better performance. She worked hand in hand with our lender (Trisha Azares from Imortgage). Thank you Franky :)  More Less

Bought a home in 2012 in Avra Valley, Red Rock, AZ 85653.

My husband and I used Zillow to try to find a home to buy in the Marana/Tucson area and we were fortunate enough to contact Franky Hill to assist us in locating a lot or home to purchase. I cannot say enough about Franky, she absolutely went above and beyond our expectations and having purchased many homes over the years we were astonished at the level of service she provided. Our first clue was when she dropped everything to help my family who were pretty much lost, find the property we were looking at, an inexpensive lot in Marana.

Being out of state presented additional challenges that she worked to successfully overcome and with her insights into the area, she was able to locate a number of properties that fit our criteria while avoiding local issues we would have been unaware of. The price range we were looking at was fairly low, which just makes the level of service even more extraordinary.

As it turned out, the home we made an offer on needed many on site actions to be taken and with us being out of state Franky helped us through a maze of issues that we were unable to address. Finally, due to our loan company throwing up roadblock after roadblock in the closing process, Franky was unbelievably resourceful and managed an unbelievable deteriorating situation into a successful conclusion.

We highly recommend Franky to anybody looking to do a real estate transaction in the Tucson area to select Franky as their agent; she is by far the best real estate agent we have ever dealt with.
