Need advice on buying a new home to be built, 660 yards from main insterstate I-35 in Austin

Hey all,We are planning on buying a home in Austin and thinking about building a new home in a new community. The house would be one of the last ones built in the community, so we are probably paying higher than we would have when the community first opened. A plus would be that there wont be much more construction going on around us after we move in. The lot we are looking at is 660 yards away from I-35, a major highway in Austin. The lot and highway are separated by alot of trees and greenbelt land. The builder rep told us there would be nothing built there, that it would remain greenbelt land. When we stood at the lot, we could hear the highway, it was a constant noise, but nothing too loud or bothersome. We could not see the highway, but we could see the tall highway light posts. We are wondering if the highway noise will be a major issue when we go to sell the house in 8-10 years or so. We think the house is perfect for US for the next 8-10 years, but we are worried about home appreciation and resale value. Advice is much appreciated.
