Bought a home in 2014.

Frank helped us look over a 3 year period. He stuck with us while we were waiting for a developer to get through the negotiations with other residences in the plans. Although the times we were looking at houses were sporatic, Frank must have kept good notes because he remembered our likes and dislikes. We would see a home and if he saw any evidence of children around, he would say "well, we can keep looking". We did not want to live in a residential area with close neoghbors or children. Having to watch for little people while backing out of the driveway or riding the tractor is not the ideal location for us. When we did look at houses, he was pretty knowledgable on foundations, dated furnaces, electrical, etc. Frank became so in tune with our style and the type of area we wanted, he would look through our suggestions and advise further on the land and then let us decide if we wanted to spend the time looking at a place he was sure we would not be happy. Each time he was right. When we finally saw the house that was to be ours, we did not say anything walking out. When Frank came out, he said "this is it". He was right. We asked him to see if they would not put the for sale sign out if we offered asking and they agreed. He stuck with us through all those years and never once made us feel like we were just wasting time. He said it would happen and it did. We would recommend Frank as a Realtor and now, as a friend. He's knowledgable in the processes of realty as well as the bank processes and closings and is great at working with people. Candace & Thomas Wilcox  More Less

Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $125K in Depew, NY.

We met Frank bc he was showing the very first house we looked at. It took us a full year to finally find our home and Frank was with us the whole time. He set up viewings for every house we wanted to see, and didn't get frustrated when none of them worked out. He really understood our wants and was able to help us make the right decisions by offering advice on things from repair costs to if we would be ok not having a basement. When it came down to getting our house we actually bought it for less than we thought we would have to because he is excellent at negotiating. For us the hardest part of the process was the closing and we had multiple lawyers and bank staff tell us they were shocked to hear that our realtor was still helping us and answering our questions even though he had no obligation to do so. When my parents are ready to move he will be the only person I recommend!  More Less

Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $150K in Cheektowaga, NY.

I have no reservations giving Frank my highest recommendation.

We lived in Denver and were having an impossible time finding a house within our budget and specifications without it selling within a couple days of us finding it. After a month of looking we called Frank and he found us a better house than we thought we could afford and still in our price range within three days. Because we were in Denver Frank took care of every detail of the sale of the home from getting the home under contract to inspection to helping change over utilities to final walk through and closing. From Contract to closing it was three months and Frank kept us up to date the entire time. My only initial worry with Frank after reading his outstanding reviews was that he maybe to busy to give us the time we needed. This was no the case. Frank worked with us weekend and late nights to make sure we didn't miss any great opportunities. Our home was a multi bid situation and with Franks expert presentation skill set he was able to get us the house under asking price and the lowest of three bids. Frank was able to find a home for us that fit our young family by listening to us and knowing what are needs were. Even after the closing of the home Frank continues to remain in contact making sure that we are settling in OK. Frank is everything that you could ask for in someone to advice and guide you through a major life decision like purchasing a home. He truly care about his clients and is extremely professional and knowledgeable.  More Less
