I worked with Fulcram Properties Group for about a year while I was searching for a home just outside of DC. I cannot recommend the Group, and particularly Ty Voyles, highly enough. My spouse and I were extremely specific about what we wanted, and the amount we were willing to pay was at the low end for the neighborhood we were interested in. I think we were less than ideal clients! But Ty took it in stride, and was a pleasure to work with. He quickly learned what type of home we wanted, and always got us in to see a house immediately. He coached us through several offers, and strategized with us about how to make the best offer. When inventory was particularly low, the Group made many, many calls to homeowners in the area, asking if they or anyone they knew were interested in selling. And it worked! Ty was able to find us the perfect house, against all odds. He established a very good relationship with the homeowner, and she sold to us even though there were other offers on the table. I would use Fulcram again in a heartbeat, and cannot recommend them highly enough.

Thanks to Ty and the whole Fulcrum team, selling my house was easy and working with everyone at Fulcrum was a genuine pleasure! I initially met the Fulcrum team last year when I interviewed them for an article in "The Hill Rag" newspaper. Their sense of integrity and teamwork made such an impression on me, they were the only agents I called when I decided to sell my house earlier this summer.
They went so above-and-beyond in helping me get my house ready to show that a friend of mine who is a realtor in Brooklyn said, "I'm so glad I don't have to compete with those guys!" And at the closing, Ty gave me a wonderful memento of my house.

I was very pleased with the experience, attention and expertise I received from Fulcrum properties on a home we were selling. I recommend them enthusiastically and with great confidence. In our situation, we had listed a property with another agent and were not able to sell it in over 90 days. The agent at Fulcrum properties stepped in, added to our staging, provided new photography, marketed our property in a new manner (with several strategies) and adjusted the pricing to reflect the local market. The property went under contract within a week or two of listing it for our expected price, and settled it within 30 days. We wished we had gone with Fulcrum earlier and saved ourselves over 120 days of waiting and paying a mortgage on a vacant house! Call them!

I was responsible for selling my uncle's house in NW Washington, DC that had been in the family for over 75 years.... The house was very old, full of 'things' that had been acquired by several generations of family members and unfortunately not in the best of condition. I was in a position where despite these challenges, I desired to empty the home and sell it in a timely fashion during the winter months.
The Fulcrum Property Group team made this an easy, non-stressful, delightful experience. The team communicated extremely well with me and my family. They were honest, positive and genuinely cared about the entire process and its' impact on me and my family.
Regardless of who I was talking to within the team, each member was well aware of my situation and there to help at a moment's notice. The teamwork that exists among them made this a seamless experience. For example, on a Saturday night we found that the hot water heater broke. Being that it was one of the harshest winters in the DC area, I notified a Fulcrum Property team member immediately. As they were on vacation, I received a call back from another team member within minutes. By Sunday morning, the Fulcrum team had someone look at the unit, give estimates and by Monday it was replaced.
The Fulcrum team also has a great network of services that can be useful when selling a home. My uncle's home was full of 'things'. I was given option on how to empty the home and get rid of the things. The options ranged from having a wholesale auction home come in, take what was potentially valuable and sell at auction to having another auction house come in, bring 3 trucks - one designated to be filled with auction items, one designated to be filled with goodwill items, and one designed to be filled with trash. After making my choice on how to handle all of the 'things', the process was seamless and taken care of without me lifting a finger.
