Bought a home in 2011.
Christine Bohn is great! We are first time home buyers and she has made the process easier for us. She has been there to explain everything to us and answer all our questions. She took our wish list and found an amazing amount of homes to view, then took us to each one and helped us compare each home to the next as well as to our needs. Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $125K in Gainesville, FL.
Chris was amazing. I expected once the house negotiations were complete I would not hear from her again (which is what happened with other houses I have bought and sold over the years). But she kept in contact and gave me names and addresses of businesses in Gainesville that could help me with my new home in that area (I am out of state). She even stopped by the property to check on the repair service that was fixing minor problems and painting the interior (weeks after the house closing was complete).
