Garry knows how to price a home and sell it. He will be honest wit you if you think your price is too high. He gives comps for the houses in the area that have sold and objectively gives you a selling price. This was especially important during the last sale since the housing market had plummeted, nothing was worth what it was previously. If he tells you to paint your home beige...just do it. As I said he knows how to sell a home.

Here is the deal on Garry. He calls it like he sees it and is a no BS straight shooter. He helped us buy our first home this past July 2013 and came recommended by several trusted co-workers. Incredibly knowledgable, efficient, timely, and responsive. It was clear early on in our house search he had our best interests in mind. He went above and beyond for us and you should expect the same. For example, right before we were going to close the area we bought in had a torrential rainstorm and we happened to be out of state. I saw on the news a reporter, literally on my future street with water up to people's door handles, stating my city had declared a state of emergency. Needless to say I was concerned.
