Sold a Single Family home in 2010 in Beverly Hills, CA.
Why can't every real estate agent be as good as Gary Gold?
Gary found a buyer for my home, actually 2 buyers and a bidding war that resulted in a new high for the area, I was very happy because he made everything seem so easy. No high anxiety, his knowledge and confidence was extremely important in making that happen. Then he found us a new home and helped negotiate a price I didn't think was possible. That did not end our relationship. I told him we were going to Kauai for the summer a few years ago and he said why don't you rent out your home? I said what for? When he told me what he thought we could get in rent I told him he was crazy, but I was intrigued enough to try it out. Within 10 days he had a tenant who paid exactly what he predicted. We've since rented out our home with Gary many times. Right now we're spending 5 months in our second home in Kauai because Gary found us a longer term tenant. I know you will find Gary, extremely knowledgeable not just in the ever changing real estate market, but more importantly he understand human nature and what way to negotiate for best results. Bought a home in 2010.
From the beginning when we met Gary, he was quick to respond and that is why we stayed on with him. He spent time showing us homes in the area and guided us into picking what was best for us. Gary positioned us well to close on time without any surprises. Property inspections were thorough and he is well organized. Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $2.775M in Hollywood Hills, Los Angeles, CA.
Mr Gold and his office are a great team and simply know how to close deals and deliver the goods. In our case we had the added challenge of being based in Europe but that didnt effect anything and we closed well before the anticipated date. No problem recommending his services.
