We were introduced to Gary Pennington through a program with our Credit Union. Gary is not only a thorough professional at providing suggestions based on the budget and the requirements, he is also extremely personable. Throughout our interactions with him I never felt pressured to reach a decision, instead Gary took the time and effort to research and substantiate his recommendations with facts and shared his opinions. We were grateful for the knowledge he had regarding contractors and informing us of contractors he had worked with in the past for the improvements we made prior to the sale of our home and after the home inspection. We always felt he had our best interests in mind not only when looking at potential properties and lots to purchase, but also when negotiating the closing costs for both the sale of our old home and purchase of our new construction. Gary was also there through the important home processes such as the inspections, final walk-thru of our new construction and the closing agreement signing on our purchase. Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $250K in Mechanicsville, VA.

I met Gary when looking for a home through the listing. He was very easy going with a true honest sales style. he was very patient with my wife and I while we waiting for the best house. We closed very promptly with a great price roughly 8 month after we met. Anybody looking for a home should certainly use Gary!  More Less

Bought a Single Family home in 2015 in The Fan, Richmond, VA.

Gary is as responsive and patient while you are house hunting, as he is skillful when it comes to the negotiation phase. Regardless of the situation, I have never seen him step out of the character of a gentleman.
