We came upon Greg after he offered to show us a listing that the listing agent did not respond to. What a stroke of luck! He and his business partner Chuck have been incredibly helpful in so many ways. While he showed us all the properties that we asked to see, he helped us to understand the benefits and potential pitfalls of each property. He also takes vast amounts of time to sit down and discuss exactly what your needs, wants, and questions are. Greg deals with many high end properties and high dollar buyers but never made us feel like we were any less important because we don't have that kind of money. Just can't say enough good things about him and Chuck. Go with them and you won't be disappointed.

Greg made an appointment to close a deal with us. He insisted on doing business on Sunday which was awkward. We have phoned 2 hours before the meeting to make sure the deal was still on. After we drove for one hour he told us the house was no longer available in order to drive the price up. When we told him we can see what he was doing, he told us to get out of his office in very rude way. I have never seen such bad customer treatment. If you do business with this guy you are looking for trouble. If you are still thinking of doing business with him, good luck, and remember I have warned you.

This review is very inaccurate. The home in question had just went under contract over the weekend. My partner showed this property along with several others to this client several days prior. My partner arranged to meet with them Saturday to discuss making an offer on one of the properties, the clients cancelled the appointment at the last minute. Subsequently we rescheduled our meeting for Sunday at 6pm. This was my first point of contact with this client. I proceeded to recheck the availability of the properties; one of the properties they were interested in went under contract the day before and was no longer available. I attempted to explain this, but the client rudely interrupted and started making false accusations against me, accusing me of bait and switch, attempting to drive up the price and Etc. My partner and I attempted several more times to explain, but the client refused to be courteous and would not allow us to speak. I finally had enough and asked them to leave.

We have had 4 agents during the last 3 years. Greg came right to our door when the last listing expired. Everyone else sent postcards or letters looking to list our property. That by itself impressed us enough to list with him. He was honest about pricing and after listening to him, we listed it a little higher than what we owed (against his advice). A few weeks later we realized that he knew what he was talking about, resigned ourselves to the inevitable, and listed short of our first mortgage. We had 3 offers within the first 2 weeks we had it under the new price and the house is now in Short Sale. He is honest, sometimes bruatally so, but even when it hurts, but sometimes that is necessary. We chased the market down for over 3 years, and we think had we had Greg in the begining we could have moved on with our life long ago.
If we ever decide to buy another house, he will be our first call.
