Bought a home in 2012.
I would not use Geeta again. She placed an offer on a home without us telling her to. We asked for comps and told her what we were thinking of offering and she put an offer without us knowing. We ended up buying the house but she was not helpful. Left early during inspection and just didnt know what was going on. The sellers agent ended up being much more helpful.

Bought a home in 2011.
Geetawas great to work with. She has knowledge of the area wealth of information. Her patience and understanding was very comforting. She knew what I would like and I wouldn't like within a week of us looking for homes. She knew I what my crietra was and found the house that we ended up purchasing. I would recommend Geeta to anyone looking for a home

Bought a home in 2010.
Geeta has been a pleasure to work with. We were going through alot of changes in our lives and she knew exactly what we wanted. She would actually go look at the houses before she called us to make sure it fit the criteria and we didnt waste our time. She has the patience and understanding of your needs. She knows the area really well and sooner or later will find what you are looking for.
