Bought a Single Family home in 2007 for approximately $400K in Bothell, WA.
We had an amazing experience working with Mr. Rostad during the purchase of our first home. He listened carefully to both my husband and I and our sometimes varying ideas of what we were each looking for and really helped us to find middle ground in probably the best location we could've found for both our price range and respectable commutes. He spent a great deal of time previewing homes for us and reporting back on his recommendations and whether or not it was something he thought we should see, based on what we were telling him we were looking for. There are many reasons I would recommend Geordy Rostad, but above all, I would recommend him simply because he was very honest and forthcoming with his opinions about the properties we were viewing and never pressured us to buy a home during any of our many previews. In fact, there was one particular instance where I was quite interested in home that my husband wasn't very interested in, and Mr. Rostad really laid out for me all of the reasons why, ultimately, I probably wouldn't be happy with that particular home and encouraged us to keep looking. In hindsight, I'm really glad I took his advice because we ended up with a home that is much larger, in a much better location, that both my husband and I love.…More Less
