Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $225K in Whitehouse, Jacksonville, FL.
I was truly impressed with the job Gerry did for us. We closed on a multi-bank short sale in less than 6 months which is unheard of. When we had questions, he had answers. He was available whenever we needed inspectors/contractors to gain access to the house. He ensured all paperwork was completed in a timely manner. He kept both us, the sellers and the bank's attorneys on our toes to close the deal in a timely manner. I will use Gerry when the time comes to sell my other house. I highly recommend him!

Awesome real estate agent. He showed us homes that he thought we would like, and tried to steer us away from homes that were less than ideal for what we were looking for. In the end he helped us find a home that had a majority of our must haves, big back yard, two story home, on a cul-de-sac, with plenty of room for a family of five

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Orange Park, FL.
Gerard, went above and beyond to help us finda house, even when we were only in the market to rent not buy. Gerard, met us weekend after weekend to take us around and show us rental after rental, in his own car and on days tha he didn't even have to work. We were so impressed bc we had called other relators and they did not want to meet us to show any houses they would give us codes to get into the houses and show our selves around the houses. Gerard, is the only reason why we ended up buying a house. He knows so much about the houses that we looked at and the house we bought. He is awesome.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $300K in Green Cove Springs, FL.
My family and had to relocate due to a military transfer. My wife and I were not very comfortable leaving behind the biggest investment we had ever made and it was difficult having to sell our property. Jerry has eased our minds and earned our trust. We moved to Hawaii and left our home in his hands. His knowledge of real estate and guidance throughout the entire process has made it easy and worry free. Our house was listed in less than 24 hours and within days we had offers on our home. We are currently in the final stages of selling our property and Jerry has insured the correspondence moved swiflty so neither us or our buyers were waiting on paperwork. He has proved that he is extremely resourceful and highly reliable. I have and will continue to reccomend Jerry to anyone interested in moving to northeast Florida!

Showed home in 2012 in Lakeside, Orange Park, FL 32065.
Gerry is great to work with. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and proactive. He not only showed me great homes but also had many ideas on becoming a landlord and financing properties. He also offered assistance in finding contrators to renovate properties. Very responsive and and in tune with what I was looking for in a house.
