Bought a home in 2013.
We had issues with misrepresentation of the property we planned to buy and John tromped through the woods to figure out where the boundaries were and how it would effect us. He spent a lot of time researching the issue and renegotiating it to try and help us become more comfortable with the decision we had to make.
